Prudential Insurance denies long term disability benefits
Court requires Prudential Insurance Company to answer questions regarding their termination of disability benefits.
Plaintiff, Jenny Eberle, filed this action seeking payment of her long term disability benefits under a policy insured by Defendant, The Prudential Insurance Company of America (hereinafter "Prudential"). Plaintiff's employer was Purdue University. Eberle filed this action seeking damages for Prudential's breach of contract by failing to pay benefits and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
